AI is Taking NERD out of ME

I used to be a nerd, basically working on stuff, spending hours researching, it was really OK for me to do that, and fast forward now...iDK how this happened but, i cant be that Nerd anymore!!! I use deep research mode by some LLM, spend hours stress eating, and i have more time now...BUT TO DO WHAT EXACTLY? i became Dumb, and really even having hard time typing this up, thinking of some AI which can just rephrase shit!!! It's insane Guys, I Know AI might be a breakthrough Human have ever achieved,but in this process we are leaving ourselves Man!!!!
